We currently employ 300+ people comprising of 27 nationalities. Our headquarters are in Ireland with a regional office in The Netherlands. We also have employees based in key markets such as USA, Australia, Germany, France, Poland and United Kingdom.

For example, in the US we support Project Sweet Peas, Bryce’s NICU project, Canadian Premature Babies Foundation, Feed The Children and Tam Community Service. In the UK and Ireland, we support Bliss and the INHA.

Our DEIB strategy includes regular training and development to educate our employees on diversity and inclusion, an active employee resource group that provides support and resources to underrepresented groups as well as regular engagement with external organisations to make sure our strategies meet industry best practices.
